Privacy Notice

Toothpillow Myofunctional Exercises. Effective 2 September 2026.

This course has no accounts and no sign in. We do not ask for your name, your child's name, or any contact details, and nothing you write while using it is sent to us or to anyone else. This page explains exactly what is stored, what is measured, and how to remove it.

What stays on your own device

Your progress through the course is saved in your browser's own storage, on the device you are using. It is not sent to Toothpillow and we cannot see it. That includes:

Because it is stored only on your device, it is yours to erase and ours to lose. Clearing your browsing data removes it. So does switching to a different browser or device, because nothing follows you between them. On iPhone, Safari also clears this on its own if you go about a week without opening the site, which is why the course offers to add itself to your home screen.

What we measure

We use Google Analytics to understand which parts of the course people actually use, so we can improve it. It records how the course is used, never what you write in it.

We do collectWe never collect
  • Which screens are opened, and in what order
  • How long a screen is open, and how far it is scrolled
  • Which buttons and links are used, identified by the name of the element
  • Whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop
  • Your approximate location and IP address, which Google receives
  • Anything you type
  • Your progress check or worksheet answers
  • Your name, your child's name, or any contact details
  • Any health information about your child
  • Any account or login, because there are none

Google Analytics sets a cookie called _ga to tell repeat visits apart. It does not identify you by name.

Who else your browser talks to

We do not use session recording or heat mapping on this course, and we do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Children

This course is written for parents and carers, not for children, and it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. The course is about your child, but it never asks you to tell us anything about them: the screening and tracking sheets are yours to fill in on paper or on your own device, and their contents never reach us.

This is education, not care

Using this course does not make you a Toothpillow patient and does not create a clinical relationship. It is educational and is not a diagnosis. Because we hold no patient record here, this course sits outside the systems that hold patient information. If you are already a Toothpillow patient, your clinical records are handled separately under our patient privacy practices, not under this page.

How to opt out or erase what exists

How long things are kept

What is stored on your device stays until you clear it. Analytics data held by Google is retained according to the retention period set on our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes it.

Questions

Email myosupport@toothpillow.com. Please do not include health details about your child in an email, because ordinary email is not a secure channel. If something needs clinical detail, ask us to arrange a secure way to discuss it.

Changes

If we change what this course collects, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
